It was a total of 6 interviews over 3 months and then ghosted! Spoke with a peer, 4 department heads and then hiring manager and never heard back from the recruiter. It wasn't clear from the beginning who is the hiring manager, and nobody was clear on the organizational reporting structure for the role.

I interviewed with Clever Devices and it was a bad experience. I didn't get a confirmation email or calendar invite for my first interview, so I didn't know when it was. They had to reschedule, and I was promised a new time but never heard back. They totally ghosted me. It was unprofessional and made me think about their internal communication and culture. I hope they take this feedback well because the interview process is how candidates see the company.

I applied online and then got an email from HR with a questionnaire and a programming test. After I sent those back, they set up a phone screen with HR. HR asked about my background and salary expectations, and told me about the company. Then, they scheduled an interview with the director where I was asked a lot of behavioral questions and about my years of experience in each skill. They said a technical phone screen would be scheduled next, but the next day I got an email saying they didn't have a position that fit my background. All my info was on my resume. It's frustrating because if they didn't have a position, why did they make me do the programming test and questionnaire? They should really respect a candidate's time.

Technical Coding Behavioral

It was very long but worthy. First somebody contacted me and explained to me about the position, then they sent me a code test. Then I had a 45 minute very technical call. I went to the headquarter to be interview for 4 Engineers, and 45 minutes each one. I really enjoyed the experience with Clever Devices, sadly for some reason they think I don't have good experience with Computers App, only with websites, and I was disqualified. I really wish they would give me a chance to prove that I can do it, and beyond what they need. I really enjoy everything, and it was a real pleasure to meet these people, and I want to thank everybody in Clever Devices NY for the chance that they gave me. Everyone was very nice, and kind.
