This interview was pretty straightforward! Just be ready for the usual questions like your strengths and weaknesses, and why you're interested in this role. It felt more like a conversation, and I think they were mainly assessing if I'd be a good fit personality-wise.

It was a conversational and friendly interview process. First, there was a phone interview, followed by three more interviews. The second interview was with the same person who conducted the phone interview. The third interview was with another team member, and the final interview was with the executive.

The hiring process was quite lengthy. It started with a phone call from HR, followed by an in-person computer skills test. Then, I had two interviews with the department I'd be joining. After that, there was a background check, a drug test, and a physical examination. Once I was hired, but before my official start date, I had to complete about 4 hours of online training modules covering topics like HIPAA. Right before I began working, there was a day and a half of orientation. The whole process, from applying to my first day, took about two and a half months.
