After the second round, the hiring manager never got back to me, even though he said he would. My follow-up email was ignored. That's unprofessional. Some other departments at CCF have 5 interview rounds, which is a waste of time. If you can't decide after 2 interviews, it makes me wonder about your decision-making skills. Or maybe you're just super careful about hiring, which is fine, but not at the candidate's expense.

I applied online and had a recruiter screen, then a phone interview with 2 managers. After that, I had an in-person panel with 4 people. The panel was easy and didn't involve any technical questions, mostly focusing on my past projects and some personality-based questions.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I applied for a role in the innovations department. The whole process had 6 rounds after the screener. It included a panel interview, a very long research case study that took around 10 hours to complete, a meeting with the MD, and some other one-on-one interviews. It took them 4 months to finish everything, which was really slow and frustrating because I had to chase them for updates. It didn't help that the HR department changed during the process and I wasn't even told.
