Applied, then had an initial phone interview two days later. Two weeks after that, I went for an onsite interview with two different groups. I felt really good about it. They seem to really focus on hiring the best candidates based on their resumes. It's important to note that even though a bachelor's degree is listed as a requirement, master's degree holders have a significant advantage.

Submitted my application and was contacted about a week later to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. The phone interview was very brief, lasted about 10 minutes, and covered previous work experiences and behavioral questions. At the end of the call, the recruiter wanted to schedule an in person interview. The in person interview took place about two weeks later. I was interviewed by two groups of people, asked the same questions about work history and behavioral examples. After that, I shadowed an Account Representative. HR will contact me in a few weeks with their decision. The in person interview and shadowing took about an hour and a half. It has been over 3 weeks since the interview and I am waiting to hear back. The interviews were not difficult but the hiring process sure does take a long time.

I applied and got an email to set up an interview for the next day. When I went to schedule it, the soonest they could do was over 3 weeks out. So I scheduled it and waited. The interview was supposed to be 30 minutes, but it only took 8. She asked me a few questions, and most were things I already put on my application, like 'Do you smoke?'. Then she finished her questions, and when I tried to ask mine, she said she couldn't answer them, only the hiring manager could, and then she rushed me off the phone. That was it for the process.
