My interview experience with Cleo for the Talent Partner role was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My first interview was 20 minutes before without notice or reason. When I joined the interview at the new time, the interviewer did not show up. After following up, I received an apology and was rescheduled for the next day. Incredibly, the same thing happened again, the interviewer failed to attend, and I received no communication explaining why. I understand that schedules can be unpredictable, but twice in a row with no notice or follow-up is unacceptable. I rearranged my own schedule, including securing childcare, on both days to accommodate these interviews - only to be completely disregarded and ignored after multiple follow ups to the recruitment team. The lack of professionalism and communication in this process has been shocking, and it reflects poorly on Cleo as an employer. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent other candidates from having the same experience.

Behavioral Presentation

Overall I really enjoyed the interview process compared to many of the other interviews that I was involved in. It wasn't too long of a process, but it was very transparent and I felt informed throughout each stage of the process which was great. 1st stage This was an initial call with a recruiter from the Talent Team where they told me a lot more about the company, the role and the values whilst asking some questions around my experience. 2nd stage The next stage was in the format of a task. I was a little unsure about a task at first, but once I took a look at the task it wasn't too time consuming which was great. Once I completed the task I presented it to a couple of the Talent Team and enjoyed the process. Stage 3 This was a meet the team interview. I was able to meet another couple of members from the team and answer any final questions which was great. They also asked a couple more questions in line with the values at Cleo. Then shortly after I was offered the role. Overall, I really enjoyed the interview process.
