First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ClearVoice.
Marketing
It was a regular phone chat that lasted under 30 minutes. They asked just one thing and spent some time going over the job details and telling me about the company.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
Sales Development Representative
It was a pretty typical interview process. I chatted with a few people, answered some questions, asked them some questions, and overall it was a good experience. Everyone was upfront and nice.
- Can you share how you deal with rejection?
- Could you tell me about your background?
Front-End Developer
Had an initial call with the Team Lead, then a 1 on 1 coding session with an Engineer. The onsite was virtual. It was a friendly team and the interview process was decent. They got back to me later than they said they would, but that was the only hiccup in an otherwise professional interview process.
- Can you fetch data and then create cards with it?
Web Developer
I really enjoyed the process. The Director of Software, Jeff, is a great guy and very transparent about the state of the company, where they're headed, etc. They are a polyglot development team so it seems like they are open to cross training. It also looks like they will continue to improve upon their success as a company in the near future.
- Could you present an introductory project to showcase your code samples?
