The case study involved a market sizing question. When I asked clarifying questions, the interviewer was dismissive, stating they had already provided the information. This interaction, along with the cold demeanor of one senior consultant, suggests a potentially negative leadership environment, though another senior consultant was helpful.

So I had this first interview on campus, it was about 30 mins and then a few days later they invited me for a Super Day the following week. The on campus interview was a case study, pretty much just like the one they have on their website, which was market sizing. The Super Day itself had about 4-5 interviews, each about 30 or 40 minutes long, it really depended on how senior the person interviewing me was. They were all pretty much the same and had behavioral and case study parts to them. All the people I met were super nice. They also have this presentation about the company, you'll see it either before or after your interviews, depending on whether you're in the morning or afternoon session. It was definitely a big reason why I wanted to work there so much.

We started with a 30-minute meeting that was heavy on a case study with math involved, and also included two behavioral questions. I still have a follow-up interview to complete.
