First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ClearView Healthcare Partners.
Analyst
The first round was a 30-minute market sizing case study, led by the interviewer. It was a typical life sciences case that focused on basic math and critical thinking, and ended with the interviewer asking for a final recommendation after doing some market sizing and competition analysis. The second round had two parts: a 30-minute scientific discussion with leadership, and then a 30-minute behavioral interview with HR. The scientific discussion was pretty laid-back, aimed at checking culture fit and genuine interest in healthcare/life sciences. It's a good idea to highlight any research you've done. The HR behavioral interview was quite standard, likely another culture check. I got the offer about a week after the second round. All in all, the process was smooth and quick!

Summer Analyst
For ClearView, I had a pretty standard case interview, but the math was very challenging, there were multiple follow-up quantitative questions that built on the initial calculations. I heard back the next day that I had advanced to the final round, which was scheduled two days later on Friday. The final round consisted of a scientific discussion, where we went in depth on my research and prior work experience, followed by a standard behavioral interview. I heard back the following Monday that I received an offer so very quick turnaround.
- A typical market sizing and market potential case study.
- Multiple follow-up quantitative questions based on the initial calculations.
- A scientific discussion about my research and prior work experience.
Analyst
I went through a 30 minute case interview with a senior consultant and then a 30 minute scientific discussion interview with a partner.
- What is the expected generated revenue?
