Had an HR screening, then a panel interview. Did a mock call, and then a final interview with the hiring manager. Need background in cloud and cold calling, stats and numbers.

So first, I had this intro call with HR, which I thought went fine. Then I moved on to a technical interview with two Senior SRE/DevOps leads, which I also felt went well. But yeah, no feedback ever came through. I even reached out to HR to ask about the timeline for a decision, but crickets. Honestly, I'd rather have a rejection than just be ghosted.

I got an initial phone screen after I submitted my resume on the Clearscale website. Then there were 2 more interviews with the ClearScale team and the CEO. The whole thing took about 2 weeks and I got the job offer.

The interview process was fast and kind of scary. The hiring manager was in a hurry to start even though I told them I needed two weeks' notice for my old job. They offered way less pay, even though they knew what I was making, and kept trying to lower it.
