Administrative Assistant
The interview process was, I believe, relatively streamlined, efficient, and engaging. It took about 4 hours total, spread throughout the work week. I met with different department associates.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Research Assistant
We'll start with a 20-minute call with HR to chat about your background, when you can start, and if you're interested in the role. They'll ask some questions about your skills, what you've done, and how you solve problems that matter for this job.
- In what ways can you help our company innovate?
Staff Accountant
The interview experience was quite awkward. It was conducted by two interviewers, but it wasn't clear who was in charge. The process felt a bit disorganized, though both interviewers were very pleasant. They asked standard interview questions.
- Can you tell me about your greatest weakness?
Analyst
The interviewer didn't show up to our first scheduled time, so we had to reschedule. For the second interview, the interviewer didn't even know what role I was applying for. It was very unprofessional.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
