I interviewed for a Sales Solution Consultant role and was impressed by ClearDATA's interview process from start to finish. The whole thing took about six weeks from initial screening to offer, which felt thorough and deliberate while still maintaining good momentum. What stood out most was the transparency from leadership. Both the CTO and CRO were refreshingly honest about the company's challenges and their transformation plans. Rather than painting an unrealistic picture, they openly discussed what needs to be built and improved. This honesty actually increased my confidence in the opportunity - these are leaders who understand their business and aren't afraid to tackle hard problems. The technical interviews were substantive without being unnecessarily grueling. They evaluated real-world skills rather than abstract puzzles. The CTO explicitly said he wasn't looking for perfection but rather someone who could contribute to building something better. The CRO emphasized authentic conversation over rehearsed answers. Communication was consistent throughout the six-week process. They kept me informed after each round and were responsive to questions. When they extended the offer, they were flexible on timing and open to discussion. While not the fastest process I've experienced, the quality of interactions and thoroughness of evaluation made the timeline worthwhile. For candidates considering ClearDATA: come prepared for real conversations about real challenges. They're building something significant in healthcare cloud security and want people excited about that journey, not just looking for a safe landing spot.

I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter for the company who mentioned my experience was a good fit and that we had mutual connections. I took time off my job to attend the meeting but the recruiter no-showed. The next day, she sent an apology claiming she was ill and forgot to cancel. She then asked about salary expectations but never rescheduled the interview. This experience lowered my opinion of the company, especially after seeing similar complaints in reviews. I'm very busy and this was a significant waste of my time.

The recruiter reached out to me pretty quickly after I applied, about 20 minutes later. We chatted about the job details as they were listed on LinkedIn. About a week after that, I got set up for an onsite interview. When I got there, I found out the job wasn't really what the description said it would be. The questions weren't too tough, though. After the interview, I tried to follow up with the recruiter about the position's status, but I just kept getting the same reply about them needing to check and getting back to me in 24-36 hours. Eventually, they stopped responding. It would have been better to just be told they filled the role instead of being ignored.

The hiring process was quite long, involving about 4 one-hour interviews and 3 thirty-minute ones. First, you meet with the hiring manager, and if they like you, you then interview with the rest of the team you'd be joining. After that, there's a check-in interview, followed by a culture fit interview. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and they just want to make sure they find the right person for the job. Everyone was friendly and they were flexible with scheduling throughout the entire process.
