The interview process was great. Everyone was very kind, professional, and welcoming during both the in-person and Zoom interviews. I was given time to answer my questions and felt comfortable. The interview felt more like us getting to know each other.

Behavioral Technical

Had a first interview with the internal recruiter, it went fine. They asked about my salary needs and my previous work experience. They suggested I focus on my sales background and prepare examples of past successes for the next round. The second interview was with the regional managers and it was a video call. It went okay, but I wasn't interested because the hours are 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Thursday, with absolutely no wiggle room to change them. This schedule is just not feasible for my family situation, especially if both parents need to be at work by 7 AM.

Behavioral Technical

Had a few phone interviews and then a live interview at the company's center. It all seemed to go well, but then there was no response, which felt unprofessional given it was a sales position and a potential job opportunity. I was really disappointed by the lack of communication after the interviews.
