First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Clear Measure.
Senior Software Engineer
The process was pretty straightforward, it had 3 steps and took about a week. First, there was a video call with the hiring recruiter. Then, a video call for a coding challenge. Lastly, a video call with an executive to check personality and culture fit.
- What are your career aspirations for the next 3-5 years?
- Can you tell me about a project you worked on that was successful?
Software Engineering Manager
The interview was conducted via video conference and included both the CEO and the recruiter coordinator. I mostly interacted with the CEO. The conversation was primarily focused on behavioral and personality aspects, maintaining a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. They were quite prompt in communicating the interview outcomes a couple of days later.
- What prompted your departure from your previous role?
Recruiting Coordinator
We have a 3 step process. First, a phone screen to chat about the role and see if it's a good fit for us and you. Second, a skills assessment to test your abilities for the job. Third, an in-person meeting with the CEO for a culture fit check.
- How did you find out about this job opening?
Software Architect
The CEO of Clear Measure reached out to me about a potential challenge. Despite knowing each other for years, the process was professional, with the VP leading. It began with a phone screen covering the company, the role, my background, strengths, and motivations. Next, I had an online coding interview with the VP. I was given a problem to solve in Visual Studio and C#, with freedom in my approach, though the interviewer added requirements during my TDD process. After passing, I was invited for a final 1.5-hour onsite interview at their HQ with the CEO and VP, where I discussed my career achievements. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, with genuine interest shown. I received an offer the next day. Overall, the Clear Measure team was friendly, welcoming, clear, and transparent, making the process highly professional, effective, and efficient.
- I was well-prepared, so there were no unexpected questions.
