The interview process started with a recruiter call where basic questions were asked. The second interview was scheduled with the office manager and a doctor, but the doctor was off, so it was just with the office manager. The third part involved a job shadow with the doctor. This doctor seemed intense and potentially difficult to work with, especially with individuals lacking addiction experience, as he wants to ensure the job is the right fit. It's crucial to use the correct terminology and avoid using the word 'addiction' as it seems to upset him. He expects you to know and use appropriate terms.

The interview process started with a quick phone chat. After that, I had a Zoom interview with a senior employee. I got to ask them questions about the company, and we had a good amount of time to talk about my past work and what I'm looking for in a job. They explained the job and we talked about the company's culture and values.

I had my first interview over the phone in December for one role, and they quickly reached out about another position. After that, I sent a thank you email. Then, I waited about 1.5 months for an interview for that second position. Both interviews went super well and I was really excited, but it's been 2 months since the second interview and I haven't heard anything, not even a rejection. It's pretty frustrating since I was really into this job. Regardless, companies should always get back to candidates with an answer in a timely manner.
