The interview process was pretty standard. It wasn't hard, and the management was nice. It's very low pressure and stress, and they're flexible with your schedule, especially if you're in college. I'd suggest this job to anyone who needs something low-stress and flexible while studying.

The interview process consisted of 3 parts. The first interview was with the owner of the store, which was about to open its first location in the city. This initial interview was pretty standard, covering the skills you can bring to the company, your previous relevant experience, and hypothetical questions typically asked in an interview. The second interview was more casual and informal, like a 'get to know you' meeting in a relaxed setting (with the same owner, at a restaurant). The third and final interview was on Zoom with the owner's business partner, who they were opening the franchise location with. They asked similar questions to the first interview, but from a different interviewer's perspective.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was pretty straightforward and went smoothly, all on schedule. It was easy and I didn't run into any issues. They seem to mainly hire younger folks and pay the absolute minimum wage. Honestly, I think it would be tough to make a career out of this job and cover rent.

Behavioral Other

The owner interviewed me without even a greeting or taking me to an office. The interview happened in front of customers, which was humiliating because she asked questions condescendingly. When I tried to answer, she’d look away, uninterested, and sigh loudly. I was so nervous hearing our conversation reach customers that I froze and lost interest in the job. I explained my work history gaps were due to mental health issues, but she ignored it, while others listened. She then asked why she should hire me, though I no longer wanted the job, especially with the $8/hour pay for the difficult, fast-paced role she described. The pay didn't match her expectations. I've had tough interviews before, but they were always respectful and professional. This was the worst experience I've had, and I won't go back to this Clean Juice.
