Intern
The interview process for CLD was super simple. Instead of a typical face-to-face chat, I had to answer some questions in a document. The questions were about my past experiences, my abilities, and how I'd handle different scenarios. It was nice because I could take my time to really think about my answers and make them clear and well-thought-out. Overall, it felt organized and efficient. Answering questions in a document made it less stressful, as I wasn't pressured to answer on the spot. It also let me fully explain my background and what I can do. The process seemed set up to help the company get to know applicants better while letting candidates show off their skills clearly in writing. The process felt designed to help the organization understand applicants while allowing candidates to present themselves clearly in writing.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Intern
The entire interview was done online. I submitted a form through email where I talked about my career interests and the skills I've picked up from my studies and previous internships. Everything was digital, no in-person parts.
- Did you have a car?
Intern
I just had to answer some questions on a PDF and send it in. They seem to hire a lot of interns from all sorts of backgrounds. It's a pretty good internship if it's your first one. Expect a lot of work though.
