Account Manager
So first I had a quick 15-minute phone call with a recruiter. Then, the next step was two in-person interviews where I met with the direct supervisors. It was a panel setting and also human resources was there.

Travel Support Specialist
We're looking for candidates with strong customer service skills and computer knowledge. A high school diploma is preferred, but exceptional candidates with the right skills might still be considered even without one.

Program Manager
Solid interview experience. You can make it much smoother with a little prep. Always have some questions ready for the interviewer - it helps you stand out. Definitely research the company beforehand. The interview is a two-way street: they're assessing you, and you're assessing them.
