The interview process felt pretty standard, although there was a bit of a wait. The people were nice, and they frequently checked if I was okay. It reminded me of other interviews I've done. They mentioned they don't have any child programs at their main office. It was a long drive, but they said I wouldn't have to come back often. They were flexible with school sites and asked about age groups. I'm happy I got the job.

Sharon, the interviewer, was very welcoming and made the interview a friendly relaxed experience. As their representative, she really reflected the warmth, caring and sincerity of the organization and their strong commitment to invest in the lives of children.

The interview process used to be really awesome, super thorough and precise. You'd talk to a bunch of people, even folks from schools you might end up at, to make sure it was a good match. Now, it just feels like you get thrown in somewhere without much prep.

It was a terribly unprofessional interview. I met the interviewer at a neutral location for a one-on-one. The interviewer seemed clueless and kept checking their phone during the conversation. The interview ended very quickly. The interviewer was also socially awkward. But hey, I still got the job!
