I was initially contacted by phone and then brought in for an interview. They explained the interview process over the phone. It was a bit confusing because I was screened by one person but another person emailed me to set up the interview, so it was unclear who my main contact was. The interview itself involved meeting with two people for 30 minutes, taking an office tour with someone else, and then interviewing with two more people for another 30 minutes. Everyone was really nice. I liked that they promised to let me know the outcome either way, even though it took over two weeks to hear back. The process is quite involved, and everyone is friendly, but I feel like the initial interview could be shorter. When they take you on a long tour and spend so much time with you, it builds up your hopes more than a standard interview.

I initially interviewed for the summer Reach Beyond program and was accepted. After the program, I had to interview again for a potential internship offer. About two weeks later, I completed an online personality test and then had an office interview with some managers and the campus recruiter. A few days after the interview, I got an offer and was given plenty of time to think about it.

I got the interview through the Reach Beyond Program. About 2 weeks after attending, I was offered an office interview. It was one 45 minute interview with 3 managers in a conference room. The interview was fairly relaxed and mostly personality based. They asked about my resume to begin, but really just wanted to get to know me.

I first spoke with the head of HR on the phone, and she was really nice. She was flexible with my schedule when setting up the interview. When I came in to meet her and some other team members, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It felt like they had good teamwork, even though they all had different personalities.
