First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Classic Chevrolet.
Service Desk Agent
They looked at my work history and then we just talked. They were trying to figure out how I interact with people. It was more about my personality than my skills. They didn't talk much about auto repair knowledge.
- What is your knowledge regarding auto repairs?
Service Counter
I applied because I worked at another dealership before, and I saw they were hiring. They didn't advertise it, but I dropped off my resume. They called me about a month later for an interview, and wanted to do it the same day. It was a one-on-one basic interview, and they hired me on the spot after a phone call interview.
- Would you have a problem with coming in very early and working weekends?
Sales Associate
It was a chill and open interview. Management was really easy to talk to. They actually paid attention when I asked questions and gave direct answers. They seemed to have nothing to hide. I was really happy with how the interview went and hope it's still the same.

Engineer
Good company with good experience, but they need to change their HR policies for sure and improve the quality of equipment, and management should look after that.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
