So there are 4 parts to this interview process. Each part has an internal and external review. First, we have a virtual meeting over FT or Zoom. Second, you'll meet in person with the Director of Training. Third, there's a group interview with the Executive Vice President. Lastly, we'll have a phone interview with the Director of Operations.

Went to a career fair, dropped off my resume. Got a letter a week later for an interview. Called and scheduled the first one. It was basically just explaining the job. They called back for a second interview, which was a group thing where they talked about benefits and pay, trying to get us excited. Then a final interview happened, the normal kind with questions, and then they made an offer. I took it and did the paperwork. Honestly, it felt like too many steps, maybe four interviews but only one really mattered. It felt like a lot of wasted gas and missed school time. They just wanted to see if we were really committed before making an offer.

The interview process involved 4 interviews total, including one phone call and three in-person meetings. This whole thing spanned about 3 to 4 weeks. A big focus was put on how much travel the job entails and making sure I was okay with being away from home for long stretches, as assignments typically last around 45-60 days.

The interview process was quite good. They wanted to make sure I was as committed to the company as they were to me. After two interviews, I got a solid grasp of their operations and their strong position in the leasing market. I really enjoyed learning more about the company and considering it as a future opportunity.
