Behavioral Technical Case

It was pretty chill, they really wanted to get to know me as a person. Asked a bunch of questions about sales, how I handle performance management, my service orientation, and leading a team. Also touched on visual merchandising. They threw in a situational question asking how I'd sell a pen, and a bunch of 'tell me a time when...' type questions.

Behavioral Other

First, I had a phone interview with the District Manager, and then I had an interview with the Regional Manager. It was mostly behavioral questions and scenarios, which I found pretty straightforward. They also inquired about salary expectations, so be prepared with a figure and ready to negotiate.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was lengthy, involving about four interviews with the District Manager, another District Manager, HR, and the Regional Manager. I felt like I moved up quickly, but then I didn't hear back. When I reached out to the DM, they said they'd be in touch soon. Still no call, so I contacted them again and got no response at all. It felt very unprofessional.
