I applied and then had a face to face interview with 10 other people. We did group work mostly, not really one-on-one. But after the group stuff, we went to a room and answered some more questions.

I applied online and got an email for a group interview. It was with about 8 of us. We had to get into groups of two or three and list three things we liked and three things we disliked and discuss them with our group while managers watched. Then we had to share our likes and dislikes with everyone. After that, we had to pick a shoe from the store and sell it to the group. I felt it was hard to show my potential with so many people and such small tasks. The managers didn't really get to know us or our experience/personality.

I applied online and got a call a few days later. They asked if I could come in that day because of a cancellation, but I couldn't make it due to a prior appointment and the short notice. They rescheduled for the following week. The interviewer was really friendly and made me feel relaxed. She asked me some 'have you ever...' questions and then took me to the shop floor to pick out and describe a shoe. I chose a kid's shoe to describe and then was asked to pick one I'd buy myself. The interview was two days ago, and I haven't heard back yet.
