It was a group interview where they gathered a bunch of us candidates and posed questions for everyone to answer. Then, the interviewers brought out different shoes and asked us all how we'd sell them to a customer.

The interview process was long and felt like a waste of time. It tended to be extremely large group interviews, which made it harder to showcase any of my own abilities or talents. I would recommend working for a more inclusive and experience-worthy job.

I saw the job on Indeed and applied on the Clarks website. First, HR called me to discuss the role more. Then I had a Teams meeting with two Customer Care team leaders. It was pretty relaxed, and we talked about my CV and experience with customers. They also asked what I knew about the company, what makes a good Customer Care Advisor, and how I'd fit in. About a week later, the HR manager called to offer me the job. I did an induction at the office, and after passing probation, I had a 3-month review. The job was remote because of Covid.
