After applying online on indeed, we had a group interview. First, we were asked to introduce ourselves. Then, we talked to people nearby to find facts about them. Afterwards, we had to present what we learned about them to the group. Finally, the manager picked a shoe and asked us to advertise it.

I applied online and a few days later, I got an email inviting me to a group interview. When I got there, I was told we'd have 3 tasks. First, I had to pick a shoe and explain my choice. Second, I was given a paper with a person on each side and had to talk about my sales experience with them - like how I greeted them, figured out what they needed, helped them choose a product, and explained its benefits. The next day, I got an email and a call saying I got the job and to come in the following week to sign the contract!

It was a big group interview with around 30 people. It felt pretty relaxed, and we did some ice-breaker activities. Then we were split into teams, and had to look at shoes, talking about their features, advantages, and benefits. It would have been good to do some research beforehand. We then had another group activity where we had to decide the best qualities for a Clarks employee. Finally, there were one-on-one interviews, which were also very relaxed.
