I applied through Handshake and had a first round phone interview. The recruiter asked basic questions about my interests, education plans, and general fit. After that, I had a Teams interview. They asked some standard questions, but it was pretty easy and straightforward.

The interview process wasn't technically challenging, and often involved biased questions about caste or religion. After this kind of interview process, when you get onboarded, you end up feeling lost, and all the training responsibilities fall onto the existing employees.

Behavioral Technical

This was the most relaxed and laid back (yet still professional) interview I have ever been on. I met with several employees, two seniors, two managers, a staff II, and a shareholder before getting the offer. There were two in-office interviews before I got the offer. I felt that they asked relevant questions and nothing too off the wall, which was extremely refreshing. I could tell just by the way the interviews had gone that the work culture and overall atmosphere of the firm was very upbeat. Most of the questions were very conversational and natural which really allowed me to be myself and not have to think of a rehearsed answer. Overall, I had a really great feeling about the firm and I am glad that I accepted the offer.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process started great. HR was polite and professional on our first call. Then, I had an in-person interview, which was mostly an hour-long overview of the department and company instead of discussing my experience. At the end of the hour, since I didn't get a chance to talk, they asked me to do a phone interview to discuss my skills, which happened the following week. I followed up with HR after the call and was told they'd contact me the next week for more interviews, but they didn't. I emailed and called HR over a couple of weeks, and it's been over a month with no response – they completely ghosted me. It's surprising considering how well the interview process began.
