Behavioral

The interview was scheduled really fast, which was amazing, but I could tell over the phone during our screening that the person wasn't excited to talk to me and I could also tell they just wanted to get off the phone with me. Maybe a little bit of enthusiasm would go a long way, I know you don't want to give off false hope but I could tell they were just not happy. In terms of questions, I would say it was general experience questions, nothing situational.

It was a bit of a mix, with some partner meetings and case studies. They really wanted to see if I hit the specific requirements they were looking for, based on their hiring goals, and also get a sense of my personal take on things.

Behavioral

Mostly behavioral questions. They were very friendly and overall, it was a good interview process. Definitely focus on your stories and use the STAR method. I would focus on how you work with people and that you are a great communicator.

Behavioral Technical

Got an email the day before my phone interview asking for my availibity for the week. They coordinate schedule my interview without telling me the specifics of the interview, such as whether it will be behavioural or technical. Emailed them to ask about it but didn't get a reply, so I basically went into the interview without any idea what would happen.
