First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Clarion Partners.
HR Generalist
It was a typical interview where they asked questions and I answered. It wasn't too difficult, nor was it super easy. I really recommend it, good luck! Also, make sure to bring water since you have to talk a lot.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Intern
The process wasn't challenging. It consisted of one round with HR, followed by two 30-minute interviews with team members of different seniority levels. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. I got a good vibe from the team, and the work environment seems positive.
- What makes you interested in real estate?
- If you had a million dollars to invest, what would be your strategy?
- Tell me about different asset classes.
Financial Analyst
It was a multi-round interview process. Mostly qualitative and personality-based questions, with one very basic modeling test. Nothing overly difficult. The people were great, I really enjoyed it. The interviews seemed to lean towards asset management rather than acquisitions, but everyone was helpful and informative.
- Can you explain your interest in industrial real estate?
- Do you have prior experience with financial modeling?
Senior Analyst
It was a really smooth and quick process, everything was done remotely via Teams. I talked to HR, the hiring managers/team, and some senior leaders from the department. So, in total, there were 3 interview rounds, starting with the initial HR call.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- What are you passionate about?
- Could you describe your proficiency in Excel?
