Horrible! 5 rounds with 2 panels and an assignment. The recruiter was not honest about the process from the get go. They added an additional panel and assignment after I thought and was told the process was finished. The recruiter couldn't even call me or email to give me any additional feedback when I was rejected. This is also a position with a low salary range. I might have avoided a sweatshop but I do think future employees need to know if they have bad feelings from the start like I did then they should avoid this company. My only regret is I wasted so much time on these people.

It was a short interview process, and I went straight to the Sr. VP. They made a quick decision, and the pay and benefits are great. The Sr. VP is a very well-respected person in the industry and is a truly wonderful leader for his employees.

Case Behavioral

I had a short 45-minute interview. About 30 minutes was spent on a case study, and the remaining 15 minutes was for fit questions. The interviewer was really nice, but the case was a bit tough and I had trouble following it. The fit questions were the standard ones like going over my resume and asking about my strengths and weaknesses, you know, the usual.

First, there's a machine test where you gotta find bugs in an app. If you find good bugs, you move to the next round. Then there are two technical interviews: one with two employees, and another with senior folks (7-8+ years exp.). After that, it's the HR round, which is all about DOJ, offer letter, and salary.
