I went through a whole interview process for this Non-Profit Program Manager job, with a phone screen, then a second interview, and then a third one. The recruiter called me two weeks after the second interview to set up the third, and I thought that one went pretty well. But since then, I've heard nothing back from the recruiter. I've tried emailing and calling a bunch of times, but no response. It's kind of disappointing because this place helps people with their money and jobs, so I figured they'd be more professional with communication. The silence doesn't really speak well to their commitment to people applying for jobs.

It was a two-stage interview process overall. I really enjoyed talking to both leads of the communications department, they were very welcoming. The second interview involved giving a presentation.
