I had an initial 30 minute interview where I discussed the position with a panel. It felt comfortable and pretty informal. Then, the second interview involved a presentation and a series of questions from different schools within CGU. Throughout, staff and faculty asked questions, but they were what you'd expect for an Admissions interview.
