First met with the director of engineering. Then, a tour and a quick overview of the company. Finally, had a one-on-one casual meeting with the other project engineers.

I was contacted by a recruiting firm for this role. First, I interviewed with their recruiters, then I took tests covering C++, C#, and SQL. There was also a personality assessment, which I found surprising given my results. After that, I had an in-house interview at the company office with HR, my potential direct manager, and their manager, the CIO.

- The recruiting firm's tests were quite challenging, designed for individuals with several years of experience in the languages. Given that I had been focused on C for the past 2-3 years coming right out of school, it felt quite intimidating. I felt like I performed poorly, but I was informed that for my experience level, I had actually done quite well.

It was a really thorough interview process. I met with four people from upper management. Each of them presented different scenarios and discussed various aspects of the company with me. They also gave me a complete tour of the facility and introduced me to the team members. After that, I had a background check and then received an offer.
