Behavioral Case Presentation Other

It was a 4 stage interview process. Started with the recruitment team, then a cultural interview with a manager. After that, a non-assessed chat with a consultant at my level. The final stage was a case study. Everyone was super nice, especially the consultant who spent an hour answering my questions - I felt worse for them not getting the hire! The main downside was it took ages, like two months from applying to hearing back. Also, I didn't really like the second stage where cameras had to be off. I get why they do it to avoid bias, but it felt weird. It's hard to build a connection when you can't see each other, and I felt like anyone could have been on the other side.

I applied directly and it was a 3 month experience. It started with psychometric tests, then an initial screening call, a telephone interview, and finally an assessment centre. I found the recruitment process more enjoyable compared to other bigger consultancy firms. There is one recruitment co-ordinator the whole way through which means you have a point of contact for any queries. They also do the screening call so you speak to a human being really early on in the process, which I really liked. On the assessment centre everyone I had contact with was welcoming and friendly. They also had some recent grads during the day that you could ask questions and generally guide you through the day. The phone interview is a real mix of competency based questions and understanding your consultancy knowledge. The assessment centre again is a mix of individual tests, including another 20 min interview and then group activities in the afternoon. They take everyone for a drink afterwards where you can speak to more employees. I also received my offer within a week of attending my assessment centre which was a great turnaround.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

Started with a recruiter chat to check if I'd fit the company culture and talk about the org. Then, I had an interview with a Senior Leader, which was more about my actual expertise, experience, and capabilities. After that, there was a Consultant Meet. Finally, a case study, no prep needed for that.
