So we all got together in a group, there were 8 of us CCC students. They asked us a bunch of questions like, "What would you do in this situation?". After that, we had one-on-one chats with people from different departments like Admissions, ASG, Counseling, the Library, and MCC. Everyone was really nice, understanding, and respectful throughout.

Behavioral

The interview process felt welcoming and provided a good understanding of the role and its duties. However, it was disheartening to receive no response after the interview, especially since our conversation focused heavily on the importance of a positive candidate experience, even after I sent a follow-up email.

Behavioral Technical

It was a standard committee interview. They asked some ambiguous questions and when I asked for clarification, they told me to just guess and give it my best shot. That seemed weird to me because in this field, precise speech and actions are important, so I don't get why they'd want someone to guess.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • How would you describe your approach to managing stress?
