Marketing Manager
Overall, everything felt professional. However, I was disappointed that I didn't get any feedback on my answers. Most of the conversation was just a one-sided Q&A, so it didn't feel like a real dialogue. It felt more like 'checking boxes' and 'getting through questions' rather than a genuine get-to-know-you session. The email communication before and after was flawless. I didn't expect a positive outcome and received a rejection quite quickly.
- Could you tell me about the biggest professional challenge you've faced? Looking back, is there anything you would have approached differently?
- What would you say are your key strengths?
- What are your reasons for seeking a part-time role?
Purchasing Trainee
I went through two interviews. The first one was an in-person meeting with HR and the head of the department. After that, I had a second interview with the team I'd be joining, which was conducted over Teams.

Product Manager
I was contacted by a recruiter from CLAAS Common Service Center via a career network. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was transparent and fair, and the conversations were pleasant. There were small role-playing exercises during the interviews that were relevant to the job. Although I ultimately decided to go with another opportunity, CLAAS remained professional and friendly, expressing hope for future contact. Overall, a very positive experience that aligns with CLAAS's great products. Wishing the company well for the future!
- There were small role-playing exercises relevant to the open position, and CLAAS provided materials beforehand to help prepare for them.
Intern
the interview for CLAAS group company was online using google meet. I spoke with the HR person and the purchase department manager. The HR manager started by asking me some basic questions about myself and my studies. Then, the purchase department manager asked me technical questions related to the role.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Where do you envision yourself in five years?
- What are the responsibilities of a purchase department?
