Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CK Family Services.
QMHP
It was a three tier interview process. They are a small operation, so be prepared to wait for a call back. The interview was doable, but needs as much detail and experience as possible.
- Tell me about how you manage case loads and scenarios.
Foster Care Case Manager
The first interview is with two supervisors, and the second is with the foster care management team. It's generally an easy interview. Social work knowledge is helpful. They tend to hire recent college grads with no experience.
- Tell me about your experience working with at-risk youth.
Case Coordinator
The interview was a good experience, very comfortable. They asked directive questions and the interviewers were easy going and concise. I was able to highlight my skills and abilities.
- Can you tell me about your skill sets?
- Are you able to perform the duties of this role?
- What are your salary requirements?
QMHP
The interview process has 3 stages: phone, in-person with management, and in-person with the director. The QMHP interview was conducted by the department supervisor for the first two interviews.
