I had to complete some online questions with my CV first. Then there was one interview where they gave me 10 questions beforehand and I had to do a presentation over zoom. It was with two people on the panel and they asked a bunch of follow up questions.

The interview process was long and the feedback provided was bad. It's too difficult to even get an interview, the whole thing needs to change to better assess candidates. It would be good if current line managers were involved in scoring. The feedback given at the end is very short and not useful.

So the interview follows the competency method, basically assessing on behaviours. Best bet is to follow the STAR method and you’ll be fine. There’s an interview panel of 3 people and they take turns asking questions. If they ask a follow-up question, it’s because they want more detail to your answer, so try not to be vague. Most interviews are over video call atm.
