Had an HR interview that was about 30 mins, it was pretty chill. They asked me about my previous jobs and why I decided to go into actuarial science. A few behavioral questions were thrown in there too. Overall, it was a good experience.

It was a short but tough interview. They asked a lot of technical questions. The first part was behavioral and easy. I guess that's why the I.T. team is so good. We had two phone interviews, two in-person interviews, and then a panel interview. The whole thing might seem scary, but it's needed to ensure we get top performers in a small team.

I spoke with two male managers in the property department. They had a printed copy of my resume. They asked me specific questions about my job experience. The interview was about 45 minutes long and felt a bit casual.
