It was a pretty disappointing interview process. I had a good initial interview with a strategy lead in Berlin who asked some great questions and seemed to really know the role. But then my next interview was with another strategy lead who was totally unhelpful and couldn't even talk about the role. Honestly, the whole conversation felt like he was trying to recruit me away, asking about my job search and if I could share my experience. He did mention he just got back from vacation, making the interview quite disorganized. Even though I felt I was overqualified and maybe even more qualified than him, I never heard back. It's a shame, especially given the current market and our industry.

I was contacted the day after I applied for an in-person interview, which was pretty unusual for a first marketing interview. The interview itself went well; the interviewer was very chatty, sometimes talking over me, but seemed really engaged. They didn't take a lot of notes, and the whole thing lasted over an hour. They asked me to email a work sample. We were supposed to schedule a second meeting, but after I sent my availability, I never heard back. I followed up multiple times over a month with emails and a call, but was totally ghosted after putting in the effort for the interview and work samples. It felt really disrespectful and unprofessional to be ignored like that.

I had about 2 hours of interviews with HR and the hiring manager. Then, they asked me to send over some work samples. After that, I never heard back, even after trying to follow up three times. It felt really disrespectful of my time, and it shows they don't really value candidates. Honestly, I'm kind of glad I didn't end up working there.

The interview process involved three stages: an initial call with a recruiter, followed by two interviews with company management. All interviews were conducted remotely via Zoom and were approximately 20 minutes each, feeling more like informal conversations.
