I had a written test for an hour, then an interview with the head of the department and a senior advisor. The written test had questions about theoretical concepts, like what I learned in school, and some contextual questions. The interviewers were nice, but some questions were really hard. Even though I came from a similar department in another CIUSSS and thought I was well-prepared, I got questions I'd never considered. They didn't call, so I don't think I got the job.

  • Can you explain the role of the DRHCAJ?

I submitted my resume on their website, and about 2 weeks after the deadline, I got a call from HR. The interview was 10 days after that call. It was a 1-hour Zoom interview. Around 10 days after my interview, I received an email saying I didn't get the job. Lots of situational questions were asked.

  • Tell me about a difficult file you managed and your resolution.
  • How would you react if you were told to pause your current tasks to help the COVID-19 team?
