First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Citysearch.
Sales Representative
Had a first interview over the phone for about an hour with an HR person. She knew the business really well and gave a super real picture of the job. Then, I had a 1:1 with a sales manager and another 1:1 with the regional director. Both of them were straight up about the position, giving a tough but realistic view.
- What are the positives you see in this role?
Sales
The first call with HR was really good and professional. They asked some standard questions from a list and then some about how I like to be managed, my strengths and weaknesses. The next meeting was a bit disorganized but friendly. They explained the job, the office's current situation, and the goals for 2010. There are other people interviewing before I can meet with the VP and potentially give a presentation.
- Do you have any further questions for us?
