It's a 3 stage interview process. First, a video interview with the recruiter, then they have you do an assessment, and finally, an interview with a VP. After all that, they ghost you, which is frustrating since a simple email would suffice even after multiple attempts to contact them. Also, the pay advertised wasn't the actual pay.

This was a total waste of time. I was under the impression it was a corporate role in Palm Beach, FL, but it's actually a franchise with management that's clueless about sales. They think you can just go door-to-door like in the 90s and don't provide any tech (like Zoom info) to help. It's a revolving door there; people work hard, find new clients, and then get fired. Definitely not a professional sales environment.

Right after I applied, they sent me two assessments, one behavioral and one cognitive (from Predictive Index). It seemed weird to get assessments before talking to anyone, but I did them within a day. Two days later, the recruiter texted asking me to do the assessments. I told her I already did and preferred email. When she emailed, I sent her the confirmations from PI. She said she couldn't see the results, so I withdrew.
