Applied for a position and had to complete a behavioral assessment. After passing, I had a phone chat with the recruiting manager. The next stage involved interviewing with the office manager, which went well. The following day, I went in for a job walkthrough to understand the day-to-day responsibilities. Following that, I had interviews with the VP. They then asked me to take a cognitive test, which I hadn't done earlier in the process. After the test, I was supposed to have a final interview with the president. I completed the test and then got a call from the office manager saying I didn't get the job because I lacked 3-5 years of sales experience. It was frustrating to go through so much without them mentioning this requirement upfront. I wouldn't recommend this company as they seem to waste your time.
