It was a pretty simple interview process. They asked about my past clinical work and how I handle notes, behaviors, and evaluations. I also talked about how I work with the rest of the team. Then, they told me about the resources and supervision they offer.

It was a friendly and relaxed chat, more like a get-to-know-you session. They showed me around the clinic and told me more about their work, the types of people they help, and how they let clinicians choose between working in a school, doing private practice, or doing both.

The interview process was long, but I liked how open they were about their CFY program, and that there was no pressure to commit right away. It was good that they wanted to get to know us and answer our questions. They also had a group interview, which was nice because you could hear what others were asking. However, it felt really weird doing it over Zoom. I also appreciated that they were upfront about pay and benefits. I just didn't feel like they were my kind of people though.
