It was pretty simple and straightforward. They expect you to bring game ideas to the table. They also asked about my past experience working with kids. A big part of their evaluation is your customer service and can-do attitude.

Marketing
It was just 1 interview online, make or break. They ask you to make a presentation. It was easy enough, and they were going to make a decision with one 1 week, however they didn't notify candidates who were not offered the position until 1 month later, that gets in the way of other interviews candidates have been having. In the future, do your candidates a kindness, and be quicker in notifying them of your decision.
