About 15 minutes before the interview, you'll get a set of questions. You'll need to answer these for the panel. I did a lot of prep to make sure my answers were good. Definitely do your research before the interview day.

I applied in June and went through 3 interviews. Two interviews were in August, and the final one was in October. The final interview was a panel interview with two people. However, one of them was on her phone the entire time and got my name wrong four times in the first 15 minutes, calling me four different names! They told me they would hire internally. It might have helped if they at least got my name right, considering it's only three letters!

The interview process was fine. I found there were several different dates and times to choose from for the interview and they were very accommodating. Overall, it was a normal, typical experience.
