I applied in early March. Around the beginning of April, I got an email asking me to do a written assignment, which I had about three days to complete and submit. About two weeks after that, in mid-to-late April, I had my interview. They give you the interview questions 30 minutes before the actual interview. The questions are pretty standard behavioral ones. I found out the results about a month after the interview. All in all, it was a pretty transparent and fair process with a decent turnaround time.

The interview was very straightforward. There were 5 questions total, and they were very focused on job responsibilities. The questions were available to review 15 minutes before the interview started. Two interviewers were present, and the interview was conducted virtually. No probing was done.

This interview isn't like others you might have had. They'll ask you about 5 or 6 questions and you need to do your best to answer them. You're not allowed to look at any notes. The panel will be writing down what you say and won't talk to you. It felt like a very cold and sterile process.
