First, I had to get through Port security to get to the offices. Then, two department heads interviewed me. They asked me questions about my experience. After that, they introduced me to the team, and the team asked me questions too.

I applied online and was then emailed to come to the building for a test. I took the test with two other people. One person was retesting for the position after taking a leave of absence, and this was their role the previous year. The other person knew the moderator. The test was timed. It started with a 10-minute typing test, followed by a 16-page quiz on clerical abilities. I thought I did well, but I got an email saying I didn't. I felt it was unfair that the person retesting was given extra time after the moderator called time. If I had known that was an option, my test might have had an advantage.

I applied online way back in March 2016 and got a call for an interview in May 2016. The head of the parking division interviewed me with some basic job questions. The interview ended quickly, and she said she'd be in touch, but I never heard back. Then, in February of this year (2017), I was called for another interview for the same job. I answered the same questions again, and it seemed to go really well. But again, no follow-up. If they contact me again, I won't interview for this position.
