I had a phone screen, then I went in for an in-person interview. A panel of 4 people interviewed me. The vibe was pretty relaxed and informal.

I applied for the Coordinator job and they called me to set up an interview after a few weeks. The first interview was a phone call with the Manager. They seemed nice and professional. They said I'd hear back in a week, but it's been a few weeks now and I haven't heard anything. It's a bummer when you don't even get a rejection email. Based on this, I wouldn't suggest applying here.

Behavioral Presentation Technical

I applied online and got 2 interviews. The first interview had about 3/4 leadership questions and 1/4 project management questions. The second interview involved a presentation I gave and a walkthrough of the buildings I would be managing. I didn't feel great about the first interview, but I think I did well on the second one, so I thought I had a pretty good shot. What really got me though, was that I asked the panel for feedback on their decision, and they said they'd get back to me. I never heard anything back, not an email or a call, about the final decision.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you describe your leadership style and how you apply it when managing subordinates?
  • Have you previously been involved in contracts and procurement?
