The interview process was super easy and all online. The test before the actual interview was also straightforward and put me at the front of the line. I also appreciated how my past job history was saved by county, since I moved jobs from Ventura and my resume was already uploaded, I just needed to update it.

I met with senior managers for the interview. It was both verbal and visual, and I presented my portfolios, which we looked at a lot. We talked about teamwork, the specific projects I'd be on, and how a major part of my job would be training our team on the new CMS for the website rebuild. I'd also be providing support to the company that helped us create the new site.
